Se puede realizar backups en trello

Si es de ser posible hacer los backups, de que manera seria? Se pueden importar? 

Para el resguardo tanto las tarjetas como columnas, se realizan exportan en formato CSV y JSON unicamente?

You would need to use a power-up like https://trello.com/power-ups/5f68db5b510db84238769710/backups-for-trello to do backup and recovery.
