Sand email with document attached from the card when the card moves from one list to another

Does anyone have an idea what power-ups I can set to automate when a card changes the list to send an email to a predefined email address for that card name.
For the second name of the card to go to another email address, for the third name to the third email address and so on.

It is important for me that the attachment from the card be attached to the email message

Thank you very much for the quick reply and suggestion, but I did not find an option there that it is possible to send the card attachment as an attachment to the email message
