Our company formerly used Jira but no longer does. Teams within the company are now interested in using Trello Premium, but this account no longer has access to manage the users from our domain. How do we regain managed user access to manage users for Trello from this account?

To regain managed user access for Trello, you'll need to re-establish control of that organization. Here's what to do:
Go to admin.atlassian.com and log in with the account that was originally the org admin (or any account with org admin privileges). If the organization still exists, you should see it listed — and you can manage users from there.
Contact Atlassian Support and explain that your company previously had an Atlassian organization with a verified domain, and you need to regain org admin access:
