Restriction on the number of members and guests

Good afternoon,

I'm a little confused about the new member and guest count policies on TRello boards:

1. Should there be a total of 12, including members and guests?
2. These 12 profiles count for all the boards that I have created.

The limit in the free plan is 10 collaborators, which includes all members and guests in that workspace. This page has more details: https://www.atlassian.com/blog/trello/new-collaborator-limits
