Restrict team members from changing board

Someone keeps changing the background image of our board.  I'm the only admin.  Is there a way to restrict other team members from changing features of the board, including background image and lists?

Hey Tom

Any user can change the background of a board. Perhaps that user thinks they're changing it for their view only, when they're actually changing it for everyone.  But the activity of a board background change is recorded, so you can easily see who changed it and have a conversation with them.
