Restore/Backup a deleted Board

I accidentally deleted a whole board named EHF/FRH Nomination. 
how can I restore it?

Could you please elaborate more what you mean by desk? is it a project in jira ?

If yes you can restore a project from trash : https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/restore-a-project-from-trash/

if its a deleted issue or board "Deleted board and Issues cannot be restored"

But since board is made of filters, you can recreate the board and add the filter

For issues once deleted you cannot restore it, unless you have a back of the whole instance

it is about a Board in TRELLO. I accidentally deleted it and I would like to restore it. Is it possible?

Adding a Trello-specific answer, since the accepted reply covers Jira boards, which behave differently, and this thread turns up in search.

Trello has two actions that are easy to conflate:

Closed (=the archive equivalent): the board disappears from your boards list and can't be edited, but it still exists and is fully recoverable. Go to trello.com/my/boards, select "View all closed boards", and choose Reopen.

Deleted ( = permanent). There's no trash and no grace period, and Trello support can't retrieve it either.

Good to know: Trello only lets you delete a board that has already been closed, so a good share of "I deleted my board" turns out to be a closed board sitting in that list. 
If it genuinely was deleted, the only route back is a snapshot taken beforehand. There are two ways for future reference: 

DIY: board menu → Print, export and share → Export as JSON. Free on every plan. Treat it as an archive rather than a restore, though there's no one-click way to turn that JSON back into a board, and attachments are referenced by URL rather than bundled into the file.

Automated: With 3rd party tools like ProBackup, Rewind or BackupLabs. ProBackups takes daily snapshots of your Trello boards which can be navigated and compare versions in the app. From there you can restore a whole board (cards, comments, attachments) though Power-Ups and automations don't come back.
