Resize background image

Hi everyone!

I didn't found the answer to this so i decided to ask :

I found this really cool background picture i want to use, but when I select it, the board only shows the bottom of the image. Is there any way I can set the image to show entirely?

I added the preview of the picture I want to use and the result I actualy get.

Can anyone help me? :)

Hi @Vladimir Meylan ,

Welcome to the community!

Before uploading to Trello and set it as a background image you have to corp the image into a 16:9 ratio or something nearby ratio (like the size of a monitor or tv). The image needs to be horizontal!

The problem is I am not a premium member, I cant import my own pictures. This picture comes from the proposed ones on unsplash.

I understand that what I want to do is impossible without a premium account?

Hi @Vladimir Meylan ,

It not that you need a paid plan! Just find an image that is horizontal like 16:9 ratio or 1920x1080px, 1280x720px, 1366x786px etc
