I would like to request assistance regarding on account access.
Currently, she is unable to access her account on her mobile device because it is connected to her Gmail account. She would like to change the login/email associated with the account from her Gmail to her Outlook email.
Could you please advise on the process to transfer the account access or update the registered email without losing any existing data?

If the user can still sign in to the account, the normal path is to change the Atlassian account email address, since Trello access is tied to the Atlassian account email. Trello’s documentation also notes that you cannot change it to an email address that is already being used by another Trello account.
If they cannot access the old Gmail account anymore, that is where it becomes difficult. Trello’s recovery guidance says support cannot simply change the email address on the account for security reasons.
So practically, this is usually one of these two paths: recover access to the original account first, or create a new account and then move board/workspace access as needed.
