I use sumup to add up all the values in all the lists. I would like to e-mail a report on a weekly basis referring to these sumup totals. Can this be done?

Hi Martin, welcome to the community.

I'm afraid that Trello automation (to create an email report) doesn't cover Power-ups (like Sumup). Report automations can only use native fields of a Trello card.
