Is there a way to remove the orange exclamation point icon from appearing when a card is overdue? Trello Exclamation Point Icon .png

Hi @Brittany Spillman ! Welcome to the community :) What you're seeing there is a card sticker. It's not default behaviour for this sticker to be applied to cards when they're overdue, so it's likely someone has setup a butler automation to auto-apply these stickers. Are you able to check to see if you're able to see any automations relating to applying stickers?
