Remove a Workspace Member

When I go to the Workspace and select Members in the left navigation, I see someone I need to remove. When I go to the Board, they are also there, but there is no way to remove them. But there is no way to remove them from the Workspace. I tried clicking the SHARE button on the left, but they have been removed.  I Googled "how to remove a Member from a Workspace" and found 

 "...go to the Workspace Collaborators page, find the member, click "Remove"

I need to reassign the license to someone new.  Where the heck is this!?!?!  It would be nice to provide complete instructions, not starting in the middle. ;-)
