Remove a Member but keep the cards and comments they made

I have one employee leaving and another one coming on.  How do I delete the old employee but keep her cards and comments she made.  How do I make sure I properly add the new person

@Kirk Davis I recommend deactivating the former employee rather than removing them from the boards and Workspace. This will keep them assigned to cards, so you can see what they were working on and find new owners for those tasks, but they will no longer have access to the board.
