Removal of @ username tags

Hello

A dear coworker has sadly passed away, and his username comes up on cards whenever we enter the @-sign (his username then comes up as suggested or with the predictive function). 

His account is removed from the boards but his username still comes up as above. 

Any advice how to remove this suggestion from the system? We haven’t been able to manually do so.

Try clearing your browser cache and then refreshing the page. This can help remove any cached suggestions that might still be appearing.
