Recover Boards

I received an email from Atlassian to log into Trello before 18th November to avoid having my boards deleted. I logged in today (3rd Nov) and all my boards are missing. I am not sure why or how this happened as they were there the last time I logged in. How can these be reactivated please?

I'm sorry to hear that your Trello boards are missing after logging in! This can be inconvenient, especially with the email deadline approaching.

Some of the reasons for this behaviour:

• Logged into the wrong account (Most common cause).
• On the Trello free plan, boards are often closed (archived) if they haven't been actively used, or if a Workspace exceeds the board limit.
• The email you received about the November 18th deadline is likely related to Trello's Dormant Account Policy, which addresses inactive (dormant) accounts.

Please try these steps:

• Check for closed boards (Archived): official Documentation
• Log out of Trello and then try logging back via the Atlassian login page: Official link: Recovering your Trello account 
• If the above steps do not work, your issue may require assistance from the Trello Support team. Please submit ticket at this Trello support team

@G subramanyam Thank you, I tried all of these and nothing is working to bring back my boards. Can you or someone submit a ticket for me please to have this investigated by the Atlassian team?
