We've set up a billing contact email on our Workspace so our accounting department can keep track of subscription payments. However, it seems only receipts are sent automatically to that email — not full invoices.
From what I understand, invoices with custom company details have to be manually downloaded from the Workspace's Billing page, and only a Workspace admin has access to that page.
