Receiving receipts via billing contact email, but no way to get full invoices automatically

Hi everyone,

We've set up a billing contact email on our Workspace so our accounting department can keep track of subscription payments. However, it seems only receipts are sent automatically to that email — not full invoices.

From what I understand, invoices with custom company details have to be manually downloaded from the Workspace's Billing page, and only a Workspace admin has access to that page.

Is there any way to:

  1. Have full invoices (not just receipts) sent automatically by email, or
  2. Give someone (e.g. our accountant) access to download invoices from the Billing page without making them a full Workspace admin with access to all our boards?

Any advice or workarounds would be appreciated. Thanks!
