Receiving an "Something went wrong" message

Hi there,

I went on maternity leave for 5 months and have returned this week and cannot access previous boards.

A message "Something went wrong. We’re having trouble sending your access request. Please refresh the page and try again." is receievd when trying to access the trello board and when trying to join an invite link it says that "User already has a membership"

Please help?

Could you please help with the Trello board name you are trying to access?
