I'm trying to export a Trello board, but the "Print and Export" options doesnt appear, what do I do?

Hello there,


I'm trying to export one of my Trello boards, but the "Print and Export" option in the ellipsis menu is nowhere to be found... What is the reason for this, and what do I need to do to still export my Trello board?

this options is only available if you're a board member, you should then have the option in the menu like this:

Hello @Alexis Robert, thanks for your response, I appreciate it.

I'm the admin of the boards and also a member on the boards I want to export. However, I still don't see the "Print and Export".

Please take a look at the image below:

Could it be happening because I'm still on a FREE account?

If that may be the case, what account would I need to upgrade to in order to have it appear? Have an offer to upgrade to Trello Gold or Trello Business, so please let me know.

have you tried maybe with another browser ? I have seen a few people having issues with an extension blocking/hiding this button.

Alright, I've just been using Chrome, but I'll try with Firefox and see how it goes right away.

@Chuzzy Chu this is a strange one, I'm on a free account and I can see that option.

In Chrome, can you please right-click on the "copy board" option and then choose "inspect" from the context menu that pops up, then check you can see the "js-share" menu item

@Alexis Robert, I created another member and they also can't see the "Print and Export".

I can invite you to the board if you'd like, and maybe you'd be able to spot the issue from within??

I have joined your board and ... I actually do have the Print and Export button available:

So there's definitely something wrong with your browser, antivirus, or something that prevents you from seeing this.

 

Have you tried from another computer ?

What... REally?

I have changed computers... Maybe I need to shut off some of the extensions on my browser. Let me try disabling my ad blocker and see.

It was my Adblock Plus extension giving me the hibbyjibbees all along. Man!!!
