Brand new Trello user - when I search for members, lots of random people show up. And some actually have the same names of people on my actual team. So I could accidentally invite the wrong "Tom Jones". Where is it getting this search from?

This list populates from all Trello users. I would recommend using email addresses to populate people who you know to cut down on possible confusion.
