I closed my Trello account on July 18th but was charged for the month July 19th - August 19th for $62.50. Please refund.

You will need to submit a Trello support issue here https://trello.com/contact/ Scroll to the bottom and log in with your Trello account. When you submit your ticket make sure you select billing as the issue.
