Question about the premium version

Good evening!

My colleague and I use trello to work, and we have a shared workspace in trello.
If I buy a premium version for this space, will my colleague be able to use the premium options or does she also need to pay for the premium too?

You will pay for Premium for the workspace, and it is billed by the number of members in the Workspace (similar to apps like Slack for example).

So if you decide to upgrade to Premium, you most likely will be paying for your colleague as well.  There is one way to not pay for them if they are only on ONE board and you add them directly to the board then they are a Guest of the workspace and you don't have to pay for them (and they can still use most of the paid features on that board as well).
