Question about suitable subscription & costs for expanding workspace

[50plus fractie]

I am currently using the free version of Trello with 10 members in my workspace. In terms of functionality, the free version meets our workflow well. However, I would like to add more people to the same workspace, giving them the same capabilities and access as the current members. Therefore, I have a few questions:

-Which subscription is best if I want to expand my team to about 20 members?

-Is the Trello Standard subscription sufficient for this, or should I consider a higher plan?
When upgrading, do I pay for all members in the workspace, or only for the additional members I add beyond the current 10?

-Finally, I find the available information on the website not always very clear. Is there a direct support contact I can reach for questions like these?
