Sup fellas!
Noticed fewer questions lately than usual? Or is it just my browser/OS combo (Chrome on Ubuntu) where your question form is bugging hard?
Reproduce:
Click the Trello button on the Ask a question page.
Fill in all fields with seemingly valid content.
Click the Publish button.
Screen only jumps, nothing else, no error messages.
Click Publish again.
This returns to the Ask a question page.
Click the Trello button again.
The form now shows error messages (below).
Click Publish again.
Finally reaches the published post.
Expected:
Either publish the post right away, or show errors immediately (duh).
Error messages:
Correct the highlighted errors and try again.
Your post has been changed because invalid HTML was found in the message body. The invalid HTML has been removed. Please review the message and submit again.
Worth noting: the first time the hamburger menu is clicked, it only changes to an X icon. Clicking the X changes back to hamburger, and only then does clicking hamburger show the expected menu.
Best,
G.
Hi Georgi,
I just tested and I didn't face the same problem. I believe while filling the fields you also select the product correctly, right?
I understand you are currently having issues. I'd like to investigate a bit more into the cause of your issue.
Could you perform some tests on your browser? If so, can you check:
1. Is the issue affecting any other members?
2. Does the problem happen when using an incognito session of a supported browser like Safari, Chrome, Firefox, or Edge
3. Do you have a different device at your disposal that we could use to test? If so, does the problem happen there?
Please see the article Troubleshooting browser issues with Trello.
Can you test and let me know how it goes?
Thank you, Theodoro, for your reply. To test this for y'all, I'd have to create test posts. I’m not sure whether it’s possible to delete a post afterward. I have been unable to reply as well. If you want to know more, see my recent posts. However, today my replies went through (including this one hopefully). The bug seems to be resolved. I will add to this conversation if something new pops up. Wishing you a beautiful day!

Oh, that's nice.
You can create new posts for tests without a problem, just let it clear in the description and send me the links (I can close the posts).
So, if you want to test, go ahead. But if it's resolved, I'm happy as well.
We'll be here to support you.
