This has not been an issue until recently. Our organization is an animal shelter that utilizes Trello daily to post animals available to foster and provide resources to our fosters.
I have been sending the link to the board for all new foster sign-ups and have had no issues fosters accessing the boards via browser or app in the last 10 months or so of using Trello. Recently, all my new foster sign-ups can only see the boards on the browser.
I have tried troubleshooting this myself since Trello does not have customer service, and I tried following similar questions in the community boards but none of the suggestions (i.e. clearing cache & cookies, check internet connection, restart app, reinstalling app, ensure trello app is up to date, etc.) have not helped.
The ONLY solution I have found is sharing the board which is not ideal as this gives permissions to edit which is not what we want; we only want fosters to be able to navigate and see posts, without any editing capabilities.
Can I please get assistance?
