Protecting list titles and position on a board

Hello.  I haven't found relevant questions or FAQ results for this question...  I am trying to determine if there is a way to prevent members of a board from changing the titles of the lists contained within the board.  Additionally, is it possible to prevent the other board members from shuffling the order the lists appear in?

There's not a way to prevent members of a board from taking actions such as renaming lists or moving the order of lists.

You can, however, track when a card name is changed using Butlerbot.

To add custom automation using Butlerbot, follow these steps:

1) Add Butlerbot to your board here: 
-- A new list will be created titled "Butler"
2) Add a new card to the Butler list, using the follow text

when the title of a card changes, post comment "@{username} changed the title of this card from '{textbefore}' to '{textafter}'

Butler will write a comment with the name of the user who changed the title along with the before/after title.
