Production Report

Hi there,

I manage my teams production schedule on my Trello board.

I would like to generate monthly reports from my board that shows me the total projects worked on, completed within the current month by designer.

Hi @Egon ,

You can get close to this with a scheduled Automation report. If each project is a card, assign the designer as a card member and move completed cards into a monthly list such as Done - July 2026.

Then go to Automation > Scheduled and create a monthly report for the cards in that list. Include the card name and {cardmemberfullnames} in the report pattern, then add the email action. Atlassian explains the setup in its guide to custom email reports. Automation is available on Free, although the Workspace quota still applies.

The limitation is that the email will list the projects and designers, but it will not calculate a total for each designer. For automatic grouped totals, you would need to process the data outside Trello or use a reporting Power-Up. Trello’s Dashboard view can show cards per member, but it requires Premium and is not a monthly completion report.

Thank you for your response, however this needs to be monthly and cards are moved and assigned across multiple swimlanes and designers.

Are we able to do a Google Meet where I can show you what I have and what I am trying to achieve.

I had a look at placker but it does not fully give me the solution.
