Problems with rule running

First time creating rules but it didn't work. Here's the rule and the error message. Any tips would be appreciated.

every month on the 28th at 8:00 am starting on may 28th 2021, create a report in variable "Financial" with all cards in list "DONE! 🙌🏽", sort the cards in list "Done" by age ascending, and send an email notification to "j...@...com; " with subject "Financial Trello Report" and message "Message".

Gave error message: I couldn't find a list called "Done".

Even though I selected it from the dropdown of options...any ideas?

Did you later change the name of the list? Also, I notice your error message says "Done" but the name of your list is "DONE! handemoji" (DONE is all caps, there is an exclamation and a handemoji not in the error message).

Thanks for catching that! I just copied from another board that is just 'Done' so that was it.
