I currently have a board for my team in the Free version, where I have 9 collaborators including myself.I have a new team member who I need to add, but I keep getting the "you have exceeded the 10 free users limit". Could someone please help?

Community moderators have prevented the ability to post new answers.
To confirm on the free version of Trello you get access to 10 collaborators per workspace not per board. Therefore, you may need to review what collaborator you have on that workspace and remove any as appropriate. If you cannot remove any of the collaborators you may have to upgrade your Trello subscription.
