Problem with the member limit for free version

I currently have a board for my team in the Free version, where I have 9 collaborators including myself. I have a new team member who I need to add, but I keep getting the "you have exceeded the 10 free users limit". Could someone please help?

Alternatively, are there any reduced payment plans for NGOs/Charities? We are a small conservation project operating in Southeast Asia without the budget to upgrade to an enterprise plan, but very much need the organizational capacity.

Welcome to the comunity.

I checked the board you mentioned and it's under a workspace that has 9 members and 1 guest, this is why it reached the limit. You can remove one of the members/guests, or upgrade the workspace to a standard premium one. You can also create a new workspace and create a second board as an alternative in case the upgrade it's not on your budget.
