Problem with italian vat number when try to pay for business class

Hello,

I'm italian and I'm trying to upgrade my free account to business class. I insert my credit card data, my vat number (called codice fiscale for Italy) but when i confirm i obtain an error sayn that my vat number is not correct

What can i do?

With this error I'm not able to upgrade my trello.

Any chance that your companies VAT number is not allowing cross border transactions? In this case we'd recommend checking with your tax professional. It can be verified in VIES: http://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/vatRequest.html

Hi, I have the same problem. I don't have a VAT code because I am a single person not a company. I just want to pay premium, is it so hard?
