Problem with a button that moves a card from one board to another

good morning,

I made a button to move a card from one board to the other.  the button works for me but when the other team members use the button it doesnt work and it throws up an error message. Here is how the button is written.

move the card to the top of list "R/O's to Audit from Morden" on board "Jay's work station"

is it because the people hitting the botton do not have access on my personal board?

if that is the case, how can i get around that without adding them to my board?

That is correct, the workaround is to use the button to add a label to the card

Button rule:

"Add the "Transfer" label to the card"

Automation rule:

"when the label "Transfer" is added to a card, remove the label "Transfer" and move the card to list "R/O's to Audit from Morden" on board "Jay's work station""
