Disabling the “block all cookies” feature solved the problem on the app on one of my mobile devices.
In the other device, however, the problem persists because upon deleting and reinstalling the Trello app, the app store told me that I could only download an older version of the app. Is it essential to have a recent version of the app or is there an alternative solution?

Glad to chat with you again! Trello is supported on iOS version 17 or higher, as mentioned in our support documentation. It seems your current device may not support the latest version due to its outdated iOS.
