Hello, my problem is when I try to open an email that is in a trello card. This asks me to choose a third-party software (ex: outlook, etc.) to open the .msg document. When he opens the document it creates an email with the document that I am trying to open as an attachment. I tried to open the attachment in the email he created and the file is empty. Do you have a solution to my problem?
Hi @Simon Bernier! So, the file you have attached to your cards is a msg file, and every time you open it with the Outlook app on your iPhone, it opens as if you wanted to send a new message. Is that right? Or did I misunderstand your issue here? Thanks!

Thanks for the confirmation, @Simon Bernier! So, this behavior you're seeing is intended to happen regardless of the platform on which you're opening this MSG file. I made two tests on my iOS device to confirm this idea. My first test was to open an MSG file attached to one of my cards on Trello, and when I opened it using either Outlook or the Mail app (the iOS email app), I got the same experience you described. Also, the same thing happened when I saved the MSG file locally on my device and tried to open it through the "Files" app.
That said, I can confidently say this behavior you're seeing isn't specifically with Trello but with how apps on iOS handle these files. This will also happen with other files like MP3s, PDFs, and more. I hope that clarifies your question, Simon.

FYI I don't have this problem on Windows. On Windows the email opens and I have access to it with its attachments

I understand, @Simon Bernier, but this is the intended behavior for the iOS system and all apps developed for it. I wish I could have a better answer or solution, but sadly, this is how iOS works. I appreciate your understanding.
