Problem in Converting Checklists Tasks to Cards

I set up this automation successfully to create cards on my personal board from checklist tasks on a larger department board. When it runs, the task on the department card turns into a link which goes to the card on my personal board. HOWEVER, the checklist we're using on each card is a template and the task in the template card is also bring turned into a link to the card on my personal board.

How do I stop this from happening?? We do not want to alter the checklist template.

Hi Leslie, 

I tried the automation you shared above and I cannot replicate the same issue you are describing. Can you check if this issue is still happening today? You might want to look for automations that may have run on this template card by checking the Automation Usage logs.
