Printing cards with Agile

Hi,

We use Agile Cards on our Trello Board, and it was working fine for a couple days after sign up, but now all we get is a page said "Loading Templates" and a stacking papers logo when we click print card.

I do not think anything has change in the PC, Any suggestion?
