Price clarification for multi users / Non-Profit

I work for a non-profit organization. I am researching a new office management communication tool. We have 11 employees that will be using the management tool. Can you please explain what the cost for all 11 employees at the non-profit discounted price will be.  

I read most of the Q&A's, and am still confused about the pricing. I have read the differences between the Workspace member and multi-board guest members, but am confused about the pricing. I also cannot figure out how to get a hold of customer service just to simply get a quote for our organization.
