I am new here! My company is currently using the free trial period of Trello Premium. We would highly appreciate; 1. Brief comparison of Premium and Enterprise in simpler points. 2. Also the most crucial question my boss has is, about Deletion rights ? Can the Admin restrict others from deleting cards?

I think the first 2 are the biggest wins of enterprise
Regarding your question about deletion. Enterprise doesn't allow you to restrict that but a simple automation can prevent cards being archived by certain people.
when a card is archived by anyone except me, unarchive the card
I would also recommend for protection to get some automated daily backups from something like Rewind. I recommend this to all my clients. This allows you to roll back if someone has screwed something up...
