I've done all the checking in my settings and everything before coming here.
I paid for Premium annually on 2/12/26 and my workplace settings show that it'll renew next year and that I have the option to cancel.
HOWEVER, my account is labeled as Standard and it's offering me a free 14-day trial for premium. So I checked my board and my premium features are disabled.
So two things are true in my account at the same time:
I paid for a year of premium and it reflects that in my settings
BUT it also states I only have Standard access (see attached screenshot)
I went to my billing page to see if I could update the subscription manually and my billing is showing I have NO subscription! I've attached my receipt from February.
I was using premium features just fine from the day I paid in February until about a week or so ago.
None of this makes any sense and it's putting a halt on my work, which I don't appreciate. I need this fixed and support will not respond to my emails. Which is why I am here.

I believe you've paid only for Standard plan. The receipt states: "Annual fee for Trello STANDARD". Also Premium plan is more expensive, it costs $120/year.
