Currently, 2 people uploaded a premium 3 days ago in my workspace and are using it
Four people are using the free version in another workspace.
There are a total of 6 members in each space.
There are a lot of boards in the workspace with four people

1. Is there a way to move the board of the workspace that 4 people are using to the workspace of 2 people using at a premium?

What happens to the refund if I unsubscribe from the premium workspace of 2.2 people in use and make a new payment from the workspace I'm using for free?

Workspaces are either paid for or free. The workspace is paid for by one person: the person who handles the billing for the workspace.

You might already know this, but, just to be clear, users/accounts cannot be premium or free. All accounts are the same. It is the workspace that determines which features a user has access to.

The amount that the person paying for the workspace has to pay depends on how many seats are needed for the workspace. A seat is needed for all workspace members. A guest (somebody who is on a board/s but is NOT a workspace member) only requires a seat if they are on more than one board in the workspace. If a guest is only on one board, no seat is needed for them and they won't cost you anything in your subscription.

When you move a board from one workspace to another, members of the board who are not members of the other workspace will be added as guests.

To my knowledge, Trello is prorated. If someone leaves a paid workspace and one less seat is needed, to my knowledge, the person handling the billing will receive a credit for the months remaining in the billing period.

If you "make a payment" on a free workspace (you could only do this if you manage the billing for the free workspace), then the free workspace will be converted into a paid workspace, and you would need to pay for however many seats are needed based on the rules outlined above.
