If you haven't added a credit card when applying for the free trial, the trial will be automatically canceled after a 14-day period. I've just checked the information about your subscription, and indeed I don't see any credit card information on file.
There isn't an option to cancel the free trial beforehand from your Workspace's Billing page, but if it's something you'd like to do, I can cancel it on your behalf. Just let me know!
