hello, I would like to know if it is normal that the powers up that I have on my computer do not appear on my tablet and my smartphone.

Welcome to the Community! And don't worry, this is very normal. The Trello app doesn't currently have full Power Up capabilities. The Calendar, Custom Fields, Maps and Voting Power-Ups are the only ones available in the Trello app.

Not all power ups work on mobile devices. The few exceptions are the ones developed by Trello since the own both the power up and the app on the device.
