Power-Up to Jira (and back sync) field details

Is there any documentation on exactly what is "synced" in the Power-Up to Jira. Seems like things get duplicated in this power-up (like comments don't seem to be synced, so you could potentially have two separate threads going in two places on essentially one issue/task/car) workflow.

Has anyone found a way around this pretty significant CON to connecting Jira to Trello where using non-3rd party OOTB Atlassian/ power-up functionality? (since I believe the point Atlassian makes is to allow teams to stay in the tool that works best for them but still connect everyone/everything for open communication.)

Hi Gilda,

 

That's right, comments on either side are not transferred. To be clear, the Jira Power-Up does not sync anything to Trello. You can think of it as more of a connector service than anything, and it will show live details from an attached Jira issue on a Trello card:
