Power-Up for Evernote

I've signed up to try Trello with the freemium version and created my first board with a template.  When I try to add Evernote it says I've reached my limit.  Is using a Template considered a Power-Up?

It shouldn't be considered a Power-Up but just check that the template didn't come with any power-ups pre-installed.

Also there might be some Trello Power-Ups installed like calendar or maps that I think would count so you will need to remove those to use the Evernote PU instead on the freemium version.
