Power-Up Not Displaying on Trello Cards - Assistance Needed

Hello,

We are currently facing an issue where a custom Power-Up is enabled on our Trello board, but it does not appear on the cards.

Steps Taken:

1. The Power-Up is enabled on the board under "My Power-Ups" but does not show up on individual cards.
2. We've tested it on both new and existing cards.
3. No errors appear in the browser console when interacting with the Power-Up.
4. The necessary capabilities (such as Card Buttons and Card Back Section) have been enabled in the Power-Up settings.

What We’ve Tried:

1. Clearing cache and trying in Incognito Mode to rule out browser issues.
2. Disabling and re-enabling the Power-Up on the board.
3. Ensured that the Power-Up is correctly configured in the Developer Console.

Expected Behavior:

• We expect a Card Button (e.g., "Send Lead") to appear on the Trello card.
• We also expect a Card Back Section to show additional information on the back of the card.

Can anyone help us understand why the Power-Up isn’t showing up on the card, despite being enabled on the board? Are there any settings or permissions we may have missed?

A few things to try:

• Do the powerup show up in the powerup menu (with the disable option), if not there it might not be active on the board
• Check the browser network tab for https calls to your powerup (try to disable cache in there as well if you see trafic to the powerup as it might have a cached version of it from befor you added your capabilities)
• Is the code in place to register the capabilities (aka window.TrelloPowerUp.initialize)
