Eu simplesmente não entendo qual a razão de não poder acessar meu TRELLO e, mesmo já tendo feito o processo para acessar, não recebi e-mail algum até o momento.
Eu estava começando a gostar da ferramenta, mas esta situação e esse processo lento é um absurdo.

Are you seeing any specific message when you try to log in? It would help us troubleshoot things.
What you could do to reach out to official support is use the following channel: Atlassian Support: Pricing, Billing & Licensing > select Your Account > Log in issues > Need more help? and fill out the required info. 👈
That should open a ticket and the support team should be able to check what's going on with your account (or with the Trello workspace/board you're trying to access).
