I have a user who cannot access the platform. I purchased a plan for 13 users so they can use the board within my organization, but only 12 users are currently able to view it. The user who cannot access the board has their email correctly enrolled, but when they try to authenticate, access is denied.
Please assist in resolving this issue so that the 13th user can successfully access the board.

What is the error message that the 13th user gets when trying to access a board?
Can this user not access a workspace or a specific board?
