Hi everyone,
I am currently stuck in an endless loop trying to authorize the official Pipedrive Power-Up in my Trello workspace, and I cannot get past the error screen.
When I click "Link Pipedrive Account" on my Trello board, the authorization pop-up opens correctly. It asks for permission to connect to my Pipedrive company account. However, when I click "Continue to the App" (or authorize), the pop-up closes and Trello throws the following error:
"Authorization failed. Something went wrong. Please try again."
Meanwhile, if I try to trigger the installation from the Pipedrive Marketplace side, it tells me "App already installed", but Trello remains completely disconnected and the Pipedrive icon stays greyed out.
What I have already tried (without success):
Browser & Cache: Tried both normal mode and Incognito/Private windows. Completely cleared cache and site data specifically for Trello and Pipedrive
Extensions & AdBlockers: Disabled all ad-blockers and privacy shields
Third-Party Cookies: Explicitly allowed third-party cookies in Chrome settings
Clean Slate (Revoking Access): Went to Trello's Settings > Connected Apps and revoked Pipedrive. Went to Pipedrive's Marketplace/Installed Apps and uninstalled Trello. Restarted the process from zero. The error persists
Permissions: I am the Workspace Admin in Trello and hold Admin rights in Pipedrive
Identity Sync: I am using the exact same email address and login method for both platforms to avoid OAuth mismatch
It feels like a broken token or a backend desync between Atlassian and Pipedrive. Has anyone experienced this specific roadblock recently, or is there a hidden permission I might be missing?
Thanks in advance for your help!
