I’m experiencing ongoing issues with the Pipedrive integration and I’m hoping you can help.
I have repeatedly:
Uninstalled the Trello integration from Pipedrive
Disabled the Pipedrive Power-Up in Trello
Re-enabled and reinstalled the integration from scratch, following the official setup process multiple times
Despite this, Pipedrive continues to show connection errors and the integration does not work correctly. The issue persists even after several clean reinstallation attempts.
I have already contacted Pipedrive support and tried all the troubleshooting steps available on their side. After reviewing the issue, they advised me to contact Trello directly, as there are no further actions they can take from their end.
