Pipedrive and Trello integration

Hi there,

I’m experiencing ongoing issues with the Pipedrive integration and I’m hoping you can help.

I have repeatedly:

• Uninstalled the Trello integration from Pipedrive

• Disabled the Pipedrive Power-Up in Trello

• Re-enabled and reinstalled the integration from scratch, following the official setup process multiple times

Despite this, Pipedrive continues to show connection errors and the integration does not work correctly. The issue persists even after several clean reinstallation attempts.

I have already contacted Pipedrive support and tried all the troubleshooting steps available on their side. After reviewing the issue, they advised me to contact Trello directly, as there are no further actions they can take from their end.

Can you confirm which Pipedrive Power-Up you are using?

There is "Pipedrive Integration" by API Labz, and "Pipedrive" by Pipedrive Inc.

Are you able to authorize your account when you try to connect with Pier Drive? If you’re encountering any connection errors, could you please share a screenshot of the error message you’re seeing? Thank you!

On Pipedrive, Trello's app is authorized. The strange thing is also the fact that, although I hadn't set any automatisms on Pipedrive and on Trello I had uninstalled Trello's Powerup, the automatisms I had previously set remained, even though I had disabled everything.
