Pipedrive Powerup in Trello

Trello and Pipedrive are integrated. I am an admin in Trello and an admin with all permissions in Pipedrive. When I go to the Pipedrive powerup in Trello, and click on settings, nothing happens. I do not get the option to Auto Create Cards from Deals. Why? I'm having the HARDEST time trying to set up this board.
