Pipedrive Duplicate Cards from Deal

I have the pipedrive power-up setup to autocreate a card when a deal enters a specific pipeline stage. Recently, I had to reconnect the integration and now Trello is creating 3 identical cards from the same deal. I tried to remove everything and set it up again but the problem persists.

Any help would be very much appreciated!
