Pinned cards not working

Has anyone had issues with pinned cards not staying at the top of the column recently? (August 2025)

I have columns that are automated to organize by due date. Previously, the pinned cards in that column stayed at the top with the occasional need to refresh the page. Now they do not go to the top of the column even after refreshing. Instead, the pinned card stays in the middle of the list and shows the pin with an X next to it.

I'm curious how you're pinning those cards, is it through this Power-Up?

I don't see an X in their screenshots, so I'm not certain this is the right one.

We don't have a built-in feature to pin cards in Trello, so if it's that Power-Up or something similar, I think the best bet will be to get in touch with the team that creates that Power-Up and see if they can help troubleshoot that from their end.

If perhaps I'm missing something built-in, please let us know that as well.
